I should point out that this review isn't for the shoe. It is for the service. I mean, you can pretty much pick up Reebok tennis shoes from anywhere, from Sears to Athlete's Foot to Reebok outlet malls. I have never had a problem with any shipment I've received from them, and they have always shipped my shoes either next day or second day, even when I pick a slower pathway. So, as to the shoes. They're fine. I've been wearing them, or something very similar, for the better part of the last 20 years. They last well, they are comfortable, etc. But it's the customer service that keeps me coming back. I was afraid when the venture capitalists forced you to sell out that your service would go right into the dumper. It hasn't. Keep up the good work and you will keep this customer.
